This Condo is located off the Island in the Pebble Springs complex just west of 59th Street on Manatee Ave. A 10 min drive to Manatee Beach just over the Causeway where you can also swim, launch your boat, jet skies etc.and it is the only Causeway that allows you to walk your pet or let it play in the water.

Your condo is located toward the front of the complex and right out your sliders from your screened in porch is a second pool just for that sections use. Completely furnished but sparsely so long term guest can add their own touches.

You will find yourself located close to shopping and dining. 5 minutes to the Causeway 10 minutes to the Gulf Beach.

This condo will also rent on an annual basis for $800.00 a month plus utilities If you are interested in an annual rental I will make sure you get in contact with the owner for this.

Residents have a deeded beach access across the street. There is also boat dockage available for a monthly fee at Windward Bay.

All rentals are subject to state & local tax of 11.5%
