Rental Policy

We will not be responsible for accidents and/or injury to guests or for loss of valuables. Guests will be charged for any damages to unit and/or property. I understand these terms and conditions. You may sign this form on arrival or mail it back to us when you receive it.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: We will make sure you know how to get into the property you have rented. For this service call one week in advance to 941-383-6688 or E-mail aangel1942@aol.com Directions will be provided to you at that time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any inappropriate use of the pool or hot tub heating will result in additional fees beyond those noted on your confirmation. Owner is not responsible for miss use of hot tub or pool (this is regulated by pool company and should not be adjusted). Some properties (HOMES) charge extra for pool heating. No more than 6 guest allowed in the Turtle Crawl condos.

TELEPHONE USE: Local calls are provided at no charge. Some of our homes also provide Long Distance and High Speed Internet at no charge.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE: All reservations require a 25% non-refundable deposit (minimum of $250.00).l Receipt of your deposit indicates acceptance of this reservation confirmation agreement and all the terms and conditions contained within. Pet deposit of $1,000 refundable after inspection.

FULL PAYMENT: Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If paying by check, full payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made for late arrival or early departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% Deposit is non-refundable. No refunds if 30 days or less. If cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival you will receive 50% of your deposit refunded. Re-book option will be available. If cancellation is 60 days or more prior to arrival, there will be a fee of $75.00 deducted from deposit before refunded. Travel insurance is advised.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in is 4 PM, check-out is 10 AM.

DAMAGE FEE: Any damages should be reported to Angel . You will be notified if there is a repair fee or not. Owner is not responsible for guest or friends of guests for careless behavior and causing injury to one’s self during stay. NO DIVING OFF DOCK, NO DIVING IN POOL, NO RUNNING ON POOL DECK, (feet should be dry when entering tile floor in home to prevent slipping). If you destroy something in the homes you will be charged for it please respect our homes.

GUEST VALUABLES: Management or Owner is not responsible for the loss of valuables.

PROPERTY VALUABLES: Guest agrees to follow all posted notices from Owner on premises, including but not limited to use of boat dock, outdoor pool furniture, heating/cooling limitations etc.

SUBSTITUTION: If something happens beyond our control (ie fire or hurricane) we will try to find you a substitute location for your stay. We cannot guarantee the confirmed rate in these instances. If owner decides to occupy unit we will find you something comparable to place you in.
